If we start remotely and it turns out to need a visit, the remote time comes off the visit.

You pay for what’s used
$85 per hour, One hour minimum, then 15 minute increments. If it’s quicker than that, we’ll say so.
When the session ends, our access ends with it. Nothing stays behind.
Remote access is exactly what scam callers ask for. If someone rings you out of the blue claiming to be from Microsoft, Telstra or the ATO, hang up. We only ever connect to a session you booked or asked for.
