When something’s stopped
A server that won’t come up, a network that’s dropped, a machine that’s taken a department offline. Ring us and you’ll get an honest answer about whether it’s a remote fix or whether someone needs to come out, and roughly how long you’re looking at.
Most faults get looked at the same day. We are a small outfit, so if the day is already full you’ll be told that rather than left waiting.
Networks that hold up
Cabling, switches, firewalls and business Wi-Fi that works in the corners of the building, not just next to the router. Site survey first, because guessing where the access points go is how you end up with dead spots in the warehouse.

Microsoft 365, properly set up
Most small businesses are running 365 at about a third of what they’re paying for, with security settings still on the defaults.
New staff get the right access on their first morning. People who leave get offboarded the same day, so company data doesn’t walk. Multi-factor authentication gets turned on, conditional access gets configured, and the oversharing defaults get closed.

$140 per hour, One hour minimum, then 15 minute increments.. Quoted before we start, same as everything else. All prices include GST.
