What a website project looks like
We work out what it’s for
Most sites fail because nobody decided what the visitor is meant to do. Ring? Book? Buy? Fill in a referral? That answer shapes everything else.
We build it
On WordPress, on hosting you own, with your domain in your name. If we ever part ways you keep the lot. Nothing is locked to us.
You learn to drive it
We show you how to change prices, add a product, post an update. Paying someone to change a phone number is a bad deal and we would rather you did not.
It gets looked after
Updates, backups and security patches, either on a small monthly arrangement or hourly when you need us. An unpatched WordPress site is how most small businesses get hacked.

Before you ask anyone for a website
Check whose name the domain is in
This is the one that catches people. If the person who built your site registered the domain in their own name, they own your address, not you. Ask the question before you sign anything, with us or with anyone else.
A site is not finished when it launches
WordPress, its theme and its plugins all need updating. Left alone for a year, a site becomes a way into your business. Budget something small and ongoing rather than a big rescue later.
We don’t do SEO retainers
We build the site so search engines can read it properly, set up your Google Business Profile and then stop. Monthly SEO for a local trade or small business is usually money that would do more good elsewhere.
Quoted per job, not per hour
Websites vary far too much for an hourly rate to mean anything up front. Tell us what you need and you get a fixed number before any work starts, same as everything else here.
