It won’t turn on
Power faults, failed drives, dead boards. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth repairing or whether you’re better off putting the money into a replacement. Either way you’ll know before you’ve spent anything.
It’s unbearably slow
Usually an old mechanical drive, not enough RAM, or years of accumulated startup clutter. An SSD and a memory upgrade turns a machine most people are ready to throw out into one that boots in seconds.

Something’s got into it
Viruses, browser hijacks, the pop-up insisting you ring “Microsoft”. We clear it out, work out how it got in, and close that door.

The screen’s cracked or the keyboard’s dead
Laptop screens, keyboards, charging ports, batteries. Parts are quoted separately and you see the price before we order anything.
I’ve lost files
Deleted documents, photos off a failed drive, data from a machine that won’t boot. Stop using the device. Every minute it runs reduces what can be recovered.
Quoted after we assess the drive. Recovery depends entirely on what failed, so a firm price before looking at it would be a guess. If it needs a clean room we’ll tell you rather than make it worse.
The Wi-Fi keeps dropping
Dead spots, slow connections, a router the provider left on defaults. We’ll sort the coverage and lock the network down properly.
Charged as onsite support, $110 per hour. Most homes are done inside two hours.

We come to you, $110 an hour
Best for anything involving your network, your printer, or a desktop you’d rather not unplug. You get an arrival window, not a whole day.
One hour minimum, then 15 minute increments. Travel: $50 Travel will be added for more than 10KM.
You drop it off, $85
Cheaper, and right for laptops and anything needing time on the bench.

If we can’t resolve the fault, there’s no charge for the diagnosis.
A quote before anything starts
We diagnose, tell you the price, and wait for you to say yes. If it turns out to need more than quoted, you get a phone call. Nobody does the extra work and puts it on the invoice afterwards.
Our workmanship is guaranteed
If the same fault comes back within 15 Days, we come back and sort it at no charge. Parts carry their manufacturer’s own warranty on top.
