Client portal
Your jobs, written down.
Log a job, see where it’s up to, and read what was said last time, without ringing to ask. The same people either way; this just means it is on the record instead of in someone’s head.
Three ways in
Pick the one that fits
You never have to use any of these. The phone still works and always will. This is for the times it’s easier not to talk to anyone.
Sign in to your portal
Every job you have logged, what state it is in, and what we said last time. Sign in, or create an account with the email address you already use with us.
Sign inLog a job
No account needed. Tell us what is wrong and you get a reference number straight away, so it is written down rather than sitting in someone's head.
Log a jobStart a remote session
Only when we are already on the phone. We read you a session ID, you type it in here, and you can see everything we do. It closes itself when we hang up.

From “it’s broken” to fixed
You log it
Through the portal, by email, or by ringing us. All three land in the same place. You get a reference number the moment it’s logged.
We come back to you
Usually the same business day. If it’s something we can do remotely we’ll say so, because that’s faster and cheaper for both of us.
It gets fixed
Remote, at your place, or on the bench. You’ll have a quote before anything is charged, and a workmanship guarantee of 15 Days.
It stays on record
What went wrong and what we did stays in your portal. Next time the same thing happens, neither of us has to remember.
Before you sign in
Where this actually lives
You’re trusting us with your computers. The least we can do is tell you where the record of that ends up.
It’s Zoho Desk, in Australia
The portal isn’t something we built. It’s Zoho Desk, on their Australian data centre in Sydney, with Melbourne as the backup. That was deliberate: your ticket history is safer with a company that has a security team than it would be on a login page we wrote ourselves.
You don’t need an account
Logging a job works without signing up, and always will. An account only exists so you can look back at what’s been done. Plenty of people will never make one, and that’s completely fine.
No invoices in here yet
Invoices still come by email from our accounting software, which doesn’t talk to the portal. We’d rather say that than build a half-working billing screen. If you want a copy of an old invoice, ask and we’ll send it.
Remote sessions are yours to end
We can’t connect to your machine on our own. You start the session with a code we read you over the phone, you watch the whole thing, and it uninstalls itself when we’re done. No permanent access to anything.
What’s kept, for how long, and how to get it deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
Rather just ring?
Do that. The portal is there to save you a phone call when you’d rather not make one, not to stop you making one.
