Who you’re dealing with
Small enough to answer the phone
Tech Team Australia is deliberately small. When you ring, you get someone who can actually help rather than a queue. When you book a visit, whoever turns up already knows your setup. When something goes wrong six months from now, we still have the history.
That is not something we apologise for. It is the reason people stay.
How we got here
Twenty years across field IT support, network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration and web work. Businesses from a few staff up, and households who just want the thing to work.
The pattern never changed: the places that do well with technology aren’t the ones with the biggest budget. They’re the ones with somebody who knows their setup, answers the phone, and explains the trade-offs honestly instead of selling the expensive option.
Around fifty businesses and households across Western Sydney rely on us now.

How we work
We tell you what it will cost before we start
Every time. If it turns out to need more, you hear about it from us before we do it.
We tell you when not to spend money
If a seven-year-old laptop isn’t worth the repair, we’ll say so, even though the repair is the thing we’d get paid for.
We explain what happened
Not to show off. It’s so you can spot it next time, or avoid it.
We don’t use fear to sell
Security matters, and we’ll tell you where you’re exposed. We won’t invent a crisis to close a job.
