Signs your phone may be monitored
- Someone knows where you have been, who you messaged or what you said, without you telling them
- The battery drains fast or the phone runs hot when you are not using it
- Apps, profiles or settings you do not remember adding
- Your Apple ID or Google account shows devices or sign-ins you do not recognise
- You were given the phone, or someone else set it up, or it was out of your sight for a while
None of these prove anything on their own. Phones slow down and batteries age. That is why a proper check is worth more than guessing.
What we check on your phone
Monitoring apps and stalkerware
Hidden apps that record messages, calls, the screen or location, including commercial “parental control” and spouse-monitoring apps.
Location sharing and trackers
Find My, Google location sharing, family-locator apps and Bluetooth trackers such as AirTags that are reporting where you are.
Your Apple ID or Google account
Linked devices, backups syncing to another phone, recovery details, and messaging apps logged in somewhere else.
Settings that let someone in
Device management profiles, accessibility services, apps from unknown sources, and signs a phone has been jailbroken or rooted.
If we find something
Nothing gets deleted or changed until you decide. Removing monitoring software, or suddenly changing a password, can tell the person watching that you know, and it can destroy evidence you may want later for police, a lawyer or an apprehended violence order.
So we explain what we found in plain language, give you a written summary, and talk through your options. If you are working with a support service, we can plan the next step with them. You stay in control the whole way.
Common questions
Will the person know I had my phone checked?
The check itself is usually not visible. Changing passwords or removing an app can be noticed, so we plan any changes with you first.
Will a factory reset get rid of spyware?
A reset removes most monitoring apps, but not access through a shared Apple ID or Google account, and restoring an old backup can bring problems back. We help you reset safely if that is the right step.
Are iPhones safer than Android phones?
Both can be monitored. On iPhones it is more often through a shared or known Apple ID or iCloud backup; on Android, through an app installed while someone had the phone. We check for both.
Can someone track my phone without an app?
Yes. Shared location in Find My or Google Maps, a tracker in your bag or car, or access to your accounts can all reveal where you are. A check covers all of these.
What does a check cost?

What this service does not do
- We do not “hack back”, monitor another person, or take action against anyone.
