Michael was very friendly and was able to identify what was wrong with my computer very quickly. He than proceeded in getting me up and running on my computer. Once he was able to fix my computer , he explained to me what the problem was and made recommendations on what I should do next. Very happy with how professional he was and his knowledge around computers.
